This Privacy Policy describes how Rosy Star AI Limited ("we", "us" or "our") protects your privacy when you use any of Rosy Star AI Limited's products.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using Rosy Star AI Limited's services, downloading any Rosy Star AI Limited's applications, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and all terms and conditions incorporated by reference. This Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into Rosy Star AI Limited's Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below, you may not use Rosy Star AI Limited's services or related applications.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Rosy Star AI Limited's services and any applications we offer now or may offer in the future. Because many of our applications allow editing of your photos, there are sections of this Privacy Policy that discuss the use of such material.

Please be sure to read this Privacy Policy carefully. Please note these key points whenever you download and/or use any of Rosy Star AI Limited's applications and allow the App to allow editing of your photos:

We use a third-party cloud service provider, Tencent Cloud Services, to process and edit photos.

During the editing process, the photos are temporarily cached on the Tencent cloud server, and the photos you provide are encrypted during the transmission process. After the image processing is completed, we will delete the image on the cloud server immediately. The processed images will be retained on the cloud server for 24 hours so that you can view and save the images (if you choose).

After that, the photo data will be deleted without retention.

When you use the application, we will not use the photos you provide for any reason other than providing you with the animation processing function of the application.

Personal information we collect

When you use the application, we may collect information about you, including:

The photos you provide when using the application, we strictly comply with Google Play's requirements for device photo permissions, will not apply for device album permissions, and only use the photo selector provided by the Android system for you to select photos. We will only obtain the photos you provide to the application.

Application usage information, such as information about how you use the application and interact with us, including the date and time you first installed the application, and the time and date you last used the application.

Purchase history, if you choose to purchase an application subscription, such as confirming that you are a paid user of the application.

Device data, such as your computer and mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push tokens, Google Advertising ID, Apple Advertising ID, browser type, screen resolution, IP address (and where relevant, your country), the website you visited before visiting our website; and other information about the device you use to access the App.

How we use your personal information

We do not use the photos you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the editing features of the App. Photos and facial data are not retained after 24 hours and are deleted thereafter. We may use information other than photos for the following purposes:

To operate and improve the App;

To enable you to use the features of the App;

To perform statistical analysis of App usage (including through the use of Firebase Analytics provided by Google).

To show you ads. If you use the free version of the App, we will work with advertising partners to display ads in the App. These ads are provided by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the App or your activity on other online platforms.

Disclosure of Data

For compliance, fraud prevention and security. We may use your personal information and disclose it to law enforcement, government authorities and private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to: (a) protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of us, you or others (including by making and defending legal claims); (b) enforce the terms and conditions governing the Services; and (c) protect, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not disclose user photos or videos to third parties (except for uploading encrypted images to our cloud providers Google Cloud Platform and Tencent Cloud Services to provide the photo editing features of the App).

Opting Out of Sharing Your Personal Information

If we are required by law to collect your personal information or your personal data is needed to provide you with the App, if you do not provide this information when requested (or if you later request that this information be deleted), we may not be able to provide you with the Services. We will specify what information you must provide in order to use the App at the time of collection, as required or by other appropriate means.

Data Retention

For photo information provided by you, during the image processing process, the photos will be temporarily cached on Tencent cloud servers, and the photos you provide will be encrypted during transmission. After the image processing is completed, we will delete the image on the cloud server immediately. The processed image will be retained on the cloud server for 24 hours so that you can view and save the image. After that, the photo data will be deleted without retention.

For non-photo information that we may collect, we will retain such information in a personally identifiable format only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You can also request us to delete your information through the email address at the bottom of this article.

Cross-border data transfer

We store the information collected in connection with the application on Tencent Cloud Services and Google Cloud Platform. For Tencent Cloud Services, we designate Silicon Valley, USA as the data storage location, and for Google Cloud Platform, we designate the data storage location closest to you when you use the application. Your personal information may be accessed by service providers in other places outside your state, province or country. Your device ID (and general application usage information) may also be accessed by the company's technical support team in other locations outside your state, province or country.

Children Privacy Policy

The application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and our terms of use do not allow children under the age of 13 to use the application. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete it. We encourage parents with concerns to contact us.

California Children Under 16 and Advertising

The Services that feature advertising are not intended for persons under 16 years of age in California. We do not knowingly collect information related to advertising from children under 16 years of age in California. If we have collected information related to advertising from children under 16 years of age in California through any of our Products, please let us know and we will take steps to delete it as quickly as possible.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the App. We may, if required by law, provide notice of the changes in another manner that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as through the App.

Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting of the new terms and/or implementation of the new changes on the App (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your continued use of the App after any modified Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.
